The manual throttle has a simple structure, consisting of a handle, a base, a wire rope, and a fixed clip.

When our multifunctional sewage suction truck is dredging the pipeline, the high-pressure cleaning pump generally only has a pressure of 5-9 MPa when the engine is idling. If the pipeline is more clogged, a high-pressure cleaning pump is required to provide greater water flow and pressure. At this time, we can adjust it by manual throttle. Move the manual throttle slowly and at a constant speed, gradually increase the engine speed, and observe the pressure gauge to understand the current water flow and pressure. If you find that the high-pressure pump is shaking, immediately stop the fueling valve until the high-pressure pump returns to stability, and then you can continue to fuel the pump. The focus of manual throttle operation is "slow and uniform speed", don't reduce it in a hurry. The rapid reduction of the manual throttle will not only easily cause the manual throttle handle to break, but also bring about the "water hammer" effect, which increases the pressure on the high-pressure pump body and the high-pressure water circuit.

There are four common faults of manual throttle: truck d issuance, breakage, wear and breakage, etc. Card issuance and breakage account for a large proportion of the failure rate of the throttle cable.
The main reasons for throttle cable failure are:
1. The throttle cable is long, the radius of curvature of the throttle cable is too small, and the cable is not pulled smoothly, and the truck d is issued;
2. The wire rope grease of the throttle cable is dry, and the wire rope pulling resistance is large;
3. The tightness of the dust-proof sleeve of the throttle cable is poor, and dust, sand, etc. are brought into the protective tube, which hinders the normal pulling of the steel cable.
4. Excessive force on the throttle cable caused breakage during operation.
