The sewage tank and clean water tank of the sewage suction truck need to be cleaned regularly, and the back cover and the tank body need to be opened during cleaning. How to operate the sewage suction truck when opening the rear cover and lifting the tank? What should I pay attention to during operation? I will explain it here to prevent misoperation.
1. How to open the rear cover of the cleaning suction truck?
The rear cover of the multifunctional sewage suction truck is usually closed and is closed and tightened by the two hydraulic cylinders on the left and right sides of the tank tail. In addition, there will be 2-4 locking bolts to lock it. To open the rear cover of the cleaning suction truck, first stop the truck and pull on the handbrake before proceeding. After confirming that the vehicle is parked safely and smoothly, the engine can keep running, but the gear must be in neutral. We came to the rear of the cleaning suction truck. At this time, we can see 2 or 4 locking bolts on the rear cover of the rear tank. First, loosen all the locking bolts on the rear cover using the booster rod and withdraw them to ensure that the locking bolts will not hook the flange during the opening of the rear cover. Then came to the cab, stepped on the clutch to hook the power take-off, and the hydraulic pump started to run. Finally, we came to the hydraulic operation place, and moved the hydraulic handle that controls the opening and closing of the tail cover to open the rear cover of the sewage suction truck.
Precautions when opening the rear cover of the multifunctional sewage suction truck: When opening the rear cover of the cleaning sewage suction truck, make sure that the locking bolt on the rear cover is loosened and pulled out, so that the locking hook or flange will not be hooked Before moving the hydraulic handle. If the locking bolt is not completely loosened and the hydraulic handle is pulled, the hydraulic cylinder will be pushed out to open the tail cover, but the locking bolt will pull the tail cover to prevent it from opening. Two huge opposing forces are concentrated on the tail cover It will cause the tail cover to deform or fall off at the joint between the tail cover and the tank body.
2. How to lift the tank body for cleaning sewage suction truck?
The tank body of the multifunctional sewage suction truck is usually placed horizontally on the chassis beam. When the tank body needs to be lifted, two hydraulic oil cylinders at the bottom of the tank body will lift the tank body. To lift and clean the tank body of the sewage suction truck, first stop the truck and pull on the handbrake before proceeding. After confirming that the vehicle is parked safely and smoothly, the engine can keep running, but the gear must be in neutral. Then step on the clutch to hang the power take-off, and the hydraulic pump starts to run. Finally, we come to the hydraulic operation station, and pull the hydraulic handle that controls the lifting of the tank to lift and clean the tank of the sewage suction truck.
Precautions when lifting and cleaning the tank body of the sewage suction truck: Before cleaning the sewage suction truck and preparing to lift the tank body, the vehicle needs to be parked in a stable and safe place, not on a ramp or soft ground. Because the cleaning and suction truck is in the process of lifting the tank, the center of gravity of the whole vehicle will move backward due to the lifting of the tank. If it stops on a ramp or soft ground, it is prone to rollover or sunken rear wheels. Secondly, before lifting the tank, it must be ensured that the sewage tank has been emptied or the back cover has been opened. Resolutely put an end to lifting the tank body when the sewage tank is full. Lifting the tank body when the sewage tank is fully loaded will cause the hydraulic system to overload, which may easily cause failures in a series of hydraulic components such as hydraulic cylinders, multi-way valves, hydraulic pumps, and hydraulic pipes.
Although the two operations of opening the rear cover of the cleaning and suction truck and lifting of the tank body are relatively low in frequency, misoperation must occur, which will cause serious consequences and bring huge economic losses. Therefore, in the operation process, it is best to go through the entire operation process in your mind first, and then operate. Be calm and don't be impatient during operation.
